Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Building strong relationships with customers through empathetic and personalized communication * Utilizing your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers * Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective chat strategies * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **Location**: You must live within the state of Oklahoma, specifically in the Tulsa area. * **Computer Requirements**: You will need to have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
