We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide occupational therapy services to students with disabilities in the Kings Local School District. This is a leave coverage position, with anticipated dates of October 10 - December 8, 2023. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of an occupational therapist to provide therapy services that improve, develop, or restore sensory motor functions impaired or lost through illness, injury, and/or deprivation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other support personnel. You will also need to be highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports. Additionally, you will need to be compassionate, patient, and understanding, with a strong commitment to supporting students with disabilities.
