Your Role in Our Mission
As a Call Center Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of our clients and their members. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Business Process Services team in claims processing, adhering to policy guidelines
- Meeting production and quality requirements established by clients for timely claims processing
- Using policy guidelines and criteria established by leadership to evaluate why a claim errored and make an adjudication decision
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their members, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient claims processing
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative who possesses the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of the fundamental concepts and principles in the medical and/or insurance fields
- Basic reading and analysis skills to evaluate claims and make adjudication decisions
- Basic computer use skills, including proficiency in using software applications and technology
- Ability to multi-task across multiple claims to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently to meet individual production goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
