Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service calls, addressing billing and payment inquiries, plan changes, and upgrades
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
• Provide personalized recommendations for blithequark's products and services, meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
• Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, with quick access to engage with managers or support teams for assistance
• Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services
• Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services as needed

What You Can Expect

In this full-time work-from-home position (40 hours/week), you will work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Our Customer Service Representatives earn between $15.54 - $17.36 hourly, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met. Top performers can earn up to $72,114 per year.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Call center or customer service experience
• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime
• Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
• Ability to work from home, meeting WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) and participating in workspace audits
