Job Summary
As a Change Management Leader, you will be responsible for driving Gamble Change specialized exercises, including electronic clinical record information extraction, compromise and conglomeration, and monetary and functional detailing. You will provide direction and bearing to outside sellers, outer experts, colleagues, or potentially matrixed staff as expected to help ACA IFP Chance Change Income Trustworthiness drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive change management initiatives, including electronic clinical record data extraction, compromise, and aggregation, and financial and operational reporting.
- Provide guidance and direction to external vendors, external experts, colleagues, or potentially matrixed staff as needed to support ACA IFP Chance Change Income Trustworthiness initiatives.
- Lead the compromise of data (coding survey results and clinical record images) from various sources, identifying gaps, and recommending process improvements.
- Act as a business lead for system design and testing of new capabilities, as well as evaluating exercises connected with vendor compromise of coding results and clinical record images.
- Drive change connected with upgrades and system fixes, understanding interdependencies both process-wise and timing-wise, to support business targets.
- Support 1m IFP individuals through firmly managing seller information quality and practicality; guarantee information is ingested into Team to drive entries; all Group approval blunders are worked ideal to guarantee accommodation fulfillment; break down and comprehend advanced recovery to augment results; redo ACA detailing perspectives and effort director information required for everyday tasks work.
Requirements
- Experience with IT application development lifecycles and strategies.

- Experience with SAS/SAS EG/Python/SQL server in data analysis and control.
