**Job Summary**
As a Business Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex for our business customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve billing issues, answer general questions, and address other concerns related to our business services. This is an in-bound call center position that requires strong verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer business customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products, and report problem areas
* Utilize various systems and tools to assist and service customers
* Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
* Make system recommendations based on customers' equipment specifications in accordance with customer needs
* Determine customer billing issues and provide solutions based on customer inquiries
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications and Requirements**
* High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
* At least 1+ year of related experience in a high-volume call center environment
* Must be detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow procedures
* Solid problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills required
* Proven ability to deescalate or persuade customers using exemplary Customer Service, Initiative, and Problem-Solving competencies

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
