Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Requirements Sessions: Conduct interviews, workshops, use cases, and workflow analysis to elicit and document business requirements.

- Documentation and Communication: Translate high-level business needs into detailed documentation, including functional specs, use cases, UI wireframes, and test scenarios.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with attorneys, executives, and staff to ensure that technology initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Drive application testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
- Methodologies and Best Practices: Support and enhance organization-wide methodologies and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic and Tactical Projects: Contribute to both long-term strategic projects and short-term tactical solutions, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in an operations or analyst role, ideally in financial services, legal, or consulting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in business analysis and problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization, from attorneys to IT teams.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Proactive Mindset: A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and problem-solving orientation, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

- JIRA Experience: Experience with JIRA, a widely used project management and issue tracking tool, is preferred but not required.
