Our vibrant and dynamic team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Analyst, or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to join our interdisciplinary team of specialists in speech, occupational therapy (OT), psychology, and more.
As a Behavior Analyst at Soar Autism Center, you will play a vital role in devising and implementing personalized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 within a center-based environment. You will work collaboratively with our clinical team to conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate effective treatment plans, and apply ESDM-informed ABA therapy strategies. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality, ethical services to families, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join our mission.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field, as well as current BCBA certification. Experience in ABA early intervention is essential, and a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred. You should also have clear professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
