Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Bilingual RN, you will play a vital role in providing excellent care and support to our residents, while also serving as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to residents and their families, addressing their medical, emotional, and social needs.
- Monitor residents and administer medication and treatments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Document resident care services by charting in resident and department records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
- Resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assure quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.

Essential Qualifications
- Must hold a valid RN License, with current registration in the state of practice.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Decent computer skills, with experience using electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
