**Job Overview**
As a bilingual customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer care, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability. **Schedule and Flexibility**
As a contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs and preferences. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, you'll have the opportunity to work within client hours of operation. This means you can choose a schedule that balances your work and personal life, ensuring you have the time and energy to deliver exceptional customer care.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and your performance metrics. You can expect to earn between $17 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, ensuring you're rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

* **High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed**: You'll need a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless connectivity and access to client systems.
* **Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed**: You'll need to ensure your computer is protected from malware and viruses.

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll enter into a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Expected Salary**
You can expect to earn between $17 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets.

You'll be working from home in Texas, with the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs and preferences.
