**About the Role**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Govt Public Trust Clearance - Spanish-English - Remote USA, you will be part of our Emergency Response Team, which is designed to support US residents during times of national emergency. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and consulting with customers to provide the best solutions for their needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
* Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat.
* Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding.
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
**Requirements:**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English.
* Computer experience.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
* US citizenship.
**Technology Requirements:**
* High-speed internet (15 mbps or faster).
* A USB wired headset (we will provide a computer to be used for the duration of this project).
* A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in.
