**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our call center. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. We're looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing legendary customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
