**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in a collaborative call center environment. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
