You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions * Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent.
