**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
