Key Responsibilities
- Drive complex self-service data integration projects that bring together data from disparate sources to make it accessible to business users, such as data scientists, analysts, and power users.
- Lead informal teams to apply advanced data integration techniques and tools to large datasets to create solutions that can be used in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Communicate effectively with functional leaders across multiple and simultaneous projects, driving definition and communication of solutions and decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data resources and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of data resources being used by business users in self-service environments.
- Support the ongoing development of the Southwest Airlines data science hub and community.

Essential Qualifications
