Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, and in-person, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Perform online banking requests, including initiating wires, creating documents, closing accounts, and processing transactions
- Act as a liaison between blithequark's management companies and clients, addressing escalated situations and providing expert guidance
- Develop and maintain "relationship banking" with each customer, providing high-quality service and support to retain and improve business relations
- Research and address fraud alerts, dormant accounts, and other customer-related issues
- Provide support and process requests conducted through online banking, including address changes, new account requests, and secure messages
- Set up online banking for designated customers and provide ongoing support for its use
- Assist customers with checking accounts, setting up new accounts, making changes to existing accounts, and processing transfers and wires

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of related experience and/or training in customer service, banking, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in online banking systems and software applications
