Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will provide designing services and support to guarantee the operational sustainability of our critical infrastructure. You will work closely with our Organization Security Group, which is responsible for IT support to get Inner, Partner, Vendor, and Outside accessibility to arenaflex applications across multiple critical data center foundations. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity and service continuity of our enterprise data and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing services and support to ensure the functional maintainability of our basic infrastructure
- Providing IT support for firewall hardware and software maintenance, including site implementations, inventories, infrastructure planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in data center critical infrastructure
- Supporting Enterprise Remote Access Clients to align our client edge security technology with and client-organized specialist on workstations
- Coordinating with arenaflex Business divisions via conference services responsible for firewall policies and access control guidance
- Providing operational on-call support of critical facilities and infrastructure components for Organization Security
- Supporting the IT Data Security Division to maintain the integrity and service continuity of enterprise data and applications
- Recommending and implementing departmental policy, guidelines, standards, and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations
- Project management of data center and remote communication room standards capital upgrades, renovations, and improvements
- Ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining the best product and service prices, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments
- Supporting on-call responsibilities to ensure Enterprise applications and Customer services are available at 99.999% SLA
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have a strong understanding of networking and security concepts, such as TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and security protocols. You should also have experience managing and maintaining server infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking and security principles
- Experience with IT support for air terminal operations mobile network configuration, Netmotion, hardware, and software maintenance
- Ability to assemble and maintain effective communication and relationships with the supervisory team, vendors, and peers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to the managed security appliance and its integration with other systems
- Capability in monitoring and analyzing security logs and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Solid customer care and communication skills, with the ability to interact with end-users, understand their needs, and provide adequate support
- Vendor relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cloud service providers and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Continuous learning and adaptability, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies
- Flexibility to support an operation with changing shifts, extended hours, and available to work requirements
