**Pay Information**
We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $19.00/hour, with opportunities for continued salary growth through performance-based incentive programs. Our estimated pay range is based on various factors such as previous experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We also offer a $2,000 New Hire Bonus, paid in two installments of $1,000 after 6 months and 12 months of employment.

**What You'll Do**
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting and educating members, providers, or customers on products and plans. This includes:
* Providing assistance, service, and education to members, providers, or customers through various channels, including telephone, internet, and written inquiries
* Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in responding to inquiries
* Processing and resolving customer issues with varying complexities
* Documenting interactions and correspondence with members or providers in a clear and concise manner
* Applying computer-based skills to navigate multiple systems and internal resources to address inquiries and gather plan details for members or providers
* Maintaining base knowledge of insurance terms and practices along with various company offered products
**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in customer service or related experience
* 1 year of experience in an office-based setting or a contact center environment (highly preferred)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
* A willingness to learn new skills
