Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and resolution
Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards, attending all required training classes to ensure continuous improvement
Elevate issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate and seek support when needed
Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records, to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned or requested, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A High School Diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred, particularly in healthcare customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to customers promptly and professionally
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with a willingness to take direction and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
The ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
Due to Department of Defense (DoD) contract requirements, the incumbent who fills this position must be a US citizen and must also pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and meeting standards
Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and respond to customers and their issues promptly and professionally
Ability to take direction and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a simple, customer-facing way
