Essential Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience delivering and managing Macs, iPads, iPhones, and Apple TVs in a variety of enterprise (Non-profit, Startup, Financial Services, etc.) and educational (K12, Higher Ed, etc.) organizations.
- Proficiency in managing device management solution landscapes, specifically those used to configure macOS devices.
- Advanced programming skills in Swift, Python, Go, Objective-C, or similar languages.
- In-depth knowledge of Apple enterprise technologies, such as Apple Business Manager, Mobile Device Management Solution, Apple Configurator, Automated Device Enrollment, and more.
- Thorough understanding of software development and quality assurance lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Apple Management Platforms and Mobile Device Management Solutions across different deployment types, such as Open Source, Paid Solutions, and Managed Solution Providers.
