- Obtaining initial requirements and fully completing all program responsibilities from cross-functional tasks and planning meetings
- Maintaining client relationships and understanding the fundamental objectives of your clients to help focus efforts and provide scope association for functional resources
- Collaborating with groups across Apple, working on unreleased products or existing valued features, to meet their annotations needs with unparalleled grade, effective, and convenient explained data
- Developing and implementing programs that drive results, leveraging your exceptional social capabilities, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate complex requests and disambiguate strong client requests from genuine client requirements
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and relationship-building, striving to establish a helpful workspace and taking ownership of tasks to ensure timely completion
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs, including large, cross-functional drives across global teams
- Experience in client-facing positions with a focus on customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Excellent social skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex requests and disambiguate strong client requests from genuine client requirements
- Strong capabilities for understanding and integrating alternative perspectives into a compelling narrative to drive projects forward
- Proficiency in collaboration and relationship-building, with a strong desire to establish a helpful workspace and take ownership of tasks
- A thorough and meticulous approach to completing responsibilities, demonstrating a high level of ownership and accountability
- Experience working with explained data and ML experts is a plus
