We are seeking an experienced and passionate 2s and 3s Lead Teacher to join our team at The Noble Academy, Inc. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a developmentally appropriate program for children, designing engaging weekly lesson plans, and maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and education of our children, while also adhering to licensing regulations and our institution's high standards.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2+ years of experience in a childcare facility, as well as 24 clock hours of training related to the care of children within 1 month after hire or promotion. You must also be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Child Protective Services Background Check, and a Skin Tuberculosis test. Additionally, you will be required to complete 13 hours of online training before starting work. Reliable transportation is necessary, and a genuine desire to work with children in a childcare setting is essential.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. You must be able to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, while also maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively are also essential.
