Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Experience Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all aircraft interiors meet the cleanliness expectations for each flight. This is an entry-level customer service agent position, and our leaders provide mentorship to help prepare you to advance your career. Your key responsibilities will include:

Work Schedule and Environment

As a Cabin Experience Agent, you will work a varied schedule that includes early morning to overnight shifts, with the possibility of working between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority. You will be required to work in a fast-paced airport environment, where no two days are ever the same. You must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize your tasks to meet the needs of our passengers and the airline.
