POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the President LBIG Marketing, the Executive Vice President of Annuity Distribution is responsible for leading the organization’s annuity sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share. This executive role oversees all aspects of annuity distribution, including sales leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The EVP will build and lead a high-performing sales organization while aligning distribution strategies with overall business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Leads the operations and project management functions for the LBIG Life Insurance and Annuities Division and is a key contributor to the successful implementation of key corporate initiatives, as assigned:- Design project goals and critical success markers,
- Determine how success will be measured and tracked,
- Participate in the completion of operations tasks,
- Motivate team members be accountable for their tasks and assignments, and
- Ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annuity distribution strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and expand the annuity sales team to drive high performance and accountability
- Establish sales goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to exceed targets
- Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, pricing, marketing, and operations) to align offerings with market demand
- Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights to refine sales strategies and positioning
- Oversee the development and execution of sales programs, campaigns, and incentives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and distribution partners
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
JOB CLASSIFICATION:
Full-time, salaried.
Bonus eligible.
Position requires regular hours in the home office.

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent in work experience.
Completion of insurance industry training programs (LOMA).
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 10 years prior management experience in the insurance or health care industry. Strong technical skills are a must.
