As an Mechanical Estimator, you will work on teams for a variety of projects that is overseen by a preconstruction manager. We are a local outfit with a steady pipeline of work - looking for multiple mechanical Estimator due to growth. Help manage Mechanical projects from the conceptual planning to close out
Review Mechanical drawings, along with designer or drafter (not a design role)
Coordinate and communicate with equipment vendors and review drawings
Attend project site visits, field inspections, factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing
Develop project status reports and other duties assigned by the project manager.
Desire to have a lasting career in Mechanical construction
Mechanical construction or design experience is a plus
Engineering degree or field experience preferred
100-140k (depending on past project exp)
