Job Responsibilities: • Partner with business, technical development, and application administration teams for GAP analysis, business requirements, technical development, patch application, and successful delivery of Finance projects. • Ensure processes are continuously followed and refined to maintain system stability by executing all activities in alignment with organizational controls and processes (SDLC, change management, etc.). • Collaborate across the global IT Finance team and IT Supply Chain on process, support, and delivery activities. • Execute technical activities including system configuration, data extract/load, and report development. • Act as a business partner representing IT Finance to ensure successful implementation of financial projects. • Participate in estimation and sizing potential efforts. • Assist in educating and training the local finance user community on IT Finance applications. • Support Client’s Culture of Excellence by focusing on collaboration, caring deeply, working fearlessly, and changing lives. Skills: • 8+ years of hands-on experience leading Oracle EBS Finance applications initiatives. • Techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules including Accounts Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement, AGIS, Accounts Receivables, I Expense, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Project Accounting, and OPM Costing. • Strong Oracle PL/SQL knowledge. • Integration experience using APIs and XML templates. • Working knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain and Oracle Process Manufacturing modules (preferred). • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report cycles. • Ability to work with users at all organizational levels to gather requirements and deliver timely results. • Proven ability to analyze business processes and resolve gaps using standard software functionality. • Strong understanding of information systems, business processes, and success metrics. • Demonstrated commitment to customer care, system availability, reliability, and issue resolution, including off-hours and on-call support. • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau (plus). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams. • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. • Experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company (preferred). • Prior experience working in a SOX-compliant environment (preferred). Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
