In this entry‑level position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative product initiatives that shape the next wave of content experiences for Nexspire members worldwide. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination : Assist senior program managers in breaking down complex, cross‑functional initiatives into clear, actionable work streams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are well‑documented. Feasibility & Effort Estimation : Contribute to the assessment of new feature concepts by gathering requirements, performing high‑level effort sizing, and helping estimate timelines and budgets. Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as a reliable liaison between Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to keep all parties aligned on project goals and status. Documentation & Knowledge Management : Create and maintain project artifacts such as roadmaps, status reports, risk registers, and decision logs using Worklio’s internal tools and platforms. Data‑Driven Decision Support : Collect, analyze, and present metrics that inform product strategy, including A/B test results, user engagement data, and market research insights. Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify potential blockers, raise them with the appropriate owners, and help devise mitigation plans to keep projects on track. Continuous Improvement : Participate in retrospectives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and adopt best practices that increase efficiency and quality across the program lifecycle. Essential Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in project coordination, data entry, or program support (internships, co‑ops, or entry‑level roles are acceptable). Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
