A Typical Day in the Life of a Tax Associate
As a Tax Associate at Eide Bailly, your typical day might include:
- Preparing tax returns for multi-million dollar organizations, such as real estate companies.
- Collaborating with the tax team to ensure the various components of the tax process are performed, including tax planning, client interaction, and special tax projects.
- Gathering relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns.
- Analyzing tax situations from various angles to ensure maximum tax benefits are applied.
- Preparing accounting-related reports through our paperless office environment.

Who You Are
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who:
- Is a multi-tasking master with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Has knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.

- Stays up-to-date on the ever-changing tax industry's regulations and policies.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and is working towards obtaining their CPA license.
