Venture Bloom helps assisted living home owners stay inspection-ready, organized, and profitable through our Compliance & Operations Co-Pilot service. We’re hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to drive outbound outreach, manage a clean pipeline, and book qualified appointments that convert into 1–2 new clients per month.
This is for someone who has done real lead generation and follow-up—not just social media posting.
What You’ll Do
• Build targeted lead lists (assisted living homes, residential care homes, adult family homes; owners/operators)
• Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone/text (where compliant) to book calls
• Maintain daily pipeline updates in a CRM/spreadsheet (status, notes, next steps, follow-up dates)
• Qualify prospects (beds, location, decision-maker, pain points, compliance/ops needs)
• Schedule calls and improve show rates with confirmations + reminders
• Support simple marketing tasks: follow-up sequences, short messaging, light content repurposing
Compensation (Commission-Based)
• $35 per successful appointment (qualified owner/operator attends the scheduled call)
• $500 per contract closed (new client signs and pays)
• Growth path to hourly + bonus based on consistent performance
Tools You’ll Use (or Learn Fast)
Google Workspace, Calendly, LinkedIn, CRM (HubSpot/Apollo/Trello or similar), email sequencing tools, spreadsheets.
Ideal Candidate (Screens for Real Lead Gen Experience)
You’re a fit if you can say “yes” to most of the following:
• You have experience with lead generation + appointment setting (internship, sales/SDR work, staffing recruiting, real estate, insurance, B2B outreach—any is fine)
• You’re comfortable with outbound messaging and follow-up (and you don’t take “no” personally)
• You understand pipeline management and can keep a CRM/spreadsheet updated daily
• You can write clear outreach messages and speak professionally with business owners
• You’re organized, consistent, and able to hit weekly activity goals
Not a fit if: you’re only looking for content creation/social media management without outreach, follow-up, and booking calls.
Success Metrics (First 60–90 Days)
• Consistent weekly outreach and follow-up activity
• Clean pipeline tracking (no missing statuses or next steps)
• Increasing qualified appointments held weekly
• Contributing to 1–2 new clients closed per month as you ramp
Pay: From $1,250.00 per month
