Buildots is transforming construction management with AI and computer vision. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their North America team in Chicago, responsible for opening doors and generating sales opportunities for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Research large enterprise companies and identify the right decision-makers
- Use a multi-channel approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to connect with prospects
- Deliver our value proposition in a way that gets people genuinely excited
- Ask smart questions to qualify prospects and uncover real business pain
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Hit monthly/quarterly goals and help drive revenue growth
- Partner with our sales team to create seamless handoffs and killer demos
Skills
- 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Adaptable, quick to adjust, and thrive in fast-changing environments
- Gritty and willing to put in the work — you love a challenge
- Comfortable using and learning new tools — you're naturally tech-savvy
- Committed and motivated to grow with the company long-term
- Excellent communication skills — written and spoken
- Based in Chicago (hybrid working arrangement)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience in construction, real estate, or enterprise sales
- A great sense of humor (seriously, we value this)
