The Engineering Manager will lead a dynamic team of engineers that owns our B2B shop and EDI platform. You will drive people development, delivery excellence, and architectural evolution towards scalable, secure, and maintainable systems – in close partnership with Product Owners and Business stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who enjoys stepping into a complex environment and turning it into a well-structured, efficient and motivated team. Key Responsibilities will be:
