Behind every unforgettable moment is a team of passionate, reliable, and heart-led individuals. We are looking for a High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner who can help us find those people. This role is for someone who moves with urgency, intention, and care. We need someone who understands that every hire directly impacts the experience we deliver to our guests. What You’ll Do - Lead high-volume recruiting through Zoom interviews - Fill entry to mid-level roles within a 4-week timeline - Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing to offer - Identify candidates who align with our culture, energy, and standards - Ask thoughtful questions and discern authenticity, reliability, and character - Maintain clear, consistent reporting on recruiting activity and results - Partner closely with leadership to ensure we are building strong, dependable teams What Success Looks Like - Positions are filled quickly with high-quality, aligned candidates - You build strong pipelines and keep momentum moving - Hiring leaders trust your judgment and insights - New hires show up, perform, and contribute positively to the team - Your metrics are organized, accurate, and used to continuously improve Who You Are - Experienced in fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environments - Naturally proactive with a strong sense of urgency - Comfortable leading interviews via Zoom and making confident decisions - Organized and consistent when it comes to tracking and reporting metrics - Intuitive and perceptive—you can read between the lines and ask the right questions - Coachable, grounded, and open to feedback - Someone who cares about people, culture, and getting it right This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If You - Prefer a slower-paced or highly structured environment - Struggle with tracking performance or staying organized - Resist feedback or prefer to work independently without alignment - Focus more on activity than outcomes Why Enchanted Fairies - Purpose-driven work that brings joy to families - A high-energy, growth-focused environment - A team that values both performance and people - The opportunity to directly shape the teams behind the magic Ready to Help Us Build Something Special? Requirements - Minimum 5 years' experience recruiting for customer-facing or high-turnover roles  - Background in agency or fast-scaling environments - Experience operating in a metrics-driven environment, with accountability to KPIs such as time-to-fill, hiring goals, and retention - Ability to analyze recruiting data and optimize hiring strategies - Proven success in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, consistently meeting or exceeding hiring targets  - Demonstrated ability to proactively source and build candidate pipelines, not relying solely on inbound applicants   - Strong skills in candidate evaluation and behavioral interviewing, with the ability to assess quality, reliability, and long-term fit  - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles, communicate effectively, and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment Salary Description $60k-$70k/annually Apply View All Jobs Powered by Payroll & HR Software
