Preferred Experience for Elementary Tutors:
• Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience teaching elementary reading, phonics, and literacy.
• Expertise in teaching foundational reading skills and working with students with learning disabilities (e.g., Dyslexia) is highly desirable.
• Availability during afternoons or evenings for weekly tutoring sessions.
• Preference giving to applicants residing in Bentonville, Rogers, and neighboring communities.

What do we look for in a tutor?
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in elementary education.
• Proven experience in teaching reading, phonics, and literacy.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to tutor in the Northwest Arkansas area.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week
