**Overview:**
Coty is seeking a talented eCommerce Manager to join our eCommerce & TikTok Shop team in New York City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring Coty Consumer Beauty brands lead the market in eCommerce site execution, conversion, and TikTok Shop excellence. **Responsibilities:**
• Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of all eCommerce product touchpoints
• Launch new products, manage content optimizations & activations, and operate TikTok Shop
• Collaborate with brand teams, trade marketing, and sales to execute digital excellence across all touchpoints
• Analyze and present to leadership on content performance, conversion, engagement, consumer sentiment, AB tests, and competitor benchmarking
• Identify and monitor the latest trends in eCommerce content and push the boundaries for Coty CB Brands
• Assist with ongoing vendor management related to ratings & reviews seeding, content creation/syndication, copy optimization, and digital shelf analytics
• *Qualifications:**
• Knowledge in eCommerce user experience; understanding of site navigation and merchandising
• Ability to use left and right sides of the brain, balancing creative inputs and exploration with structured process and measurement
• Beauty Lover, with strong desire to work in Makeup, Nail Color & Treatment, and Fragrance
• Self-starter mentality, with ability to create and take ownership of projects, tracking oneself against scorecards and key performance indicators (KPI's)
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree

• Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
