Job Description:
• Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry, with a cloud-based platform for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants.

• They seek a Director of Solution Architecture & Strategy to lead solution architecture and scale services funnel; will own/manage a team of Solution Architects and partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services.
• Role ensures scalable, repeatable solution design across segments and products, optimizing handoff between Sales and Services, and integrating feedback into roadmap.
• It's a high-impact, cross-functional role blending technical acumen, go-to-market strategy, and operational execution.
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Professional Services, Solution Architecture, or Pre-Sales roles within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• 4+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams of architects, consultants, or solution engineers.
• Demonstrated experience bridging Sales, Product, and Delivery to design scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into solution frameworks and project plans.
• Deep experience with implementation estimation, delivery modeling, and solution standardization.
• Executive-level communication skills with a track record of cross-functional influence and strategic collaboration.
• Experience developing tools, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve solutioning speed and quality.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, especially with both SMB and Enterprise customer segments.
• Familiarity with PSA, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and scoping/estimation tools.
Benefits:
• This position has a salary range of $144,720-$217,080. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
