Serve as right hand to the President through calendar management, liaison to outsourced functions, in-house lead for HR, safety, and quality.
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Managing the President’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, and communicate to field employees.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, resourcefulness, and creativity are critical to this position. Must be a self-starter with exceptional research skills.
• Project management skills a must, as well as effective decision-making ability.
• Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
• Leadership ability to manage challenges
