• Defining and maintaining scalable UX and visual systems
• Establishing global UX patterns suitable for enterprise audiences
• Continuously refining usability as platform complexity grows
• Designing interfaces that encourage deeper data exploration
• Partnering with Product and Sales to align design with revenue goals
• Owning the full design lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
Requirements
• 5+ years in SaaS product design, with enterprise exposure
• Demonstrated ability to design sticky, referral-driven B2B products
• Strong experience designing dashboards and data visualizations
• Deep understanding of enterprise adoption psychology
• Exceptional proficiency in Figma and scalable design systems
• Analytical fluency with A/B testing and usage metrics
• Ability to operate as a high-output individual contributor
