About the Role
The Director, Customer Operations is a senior leadership position responsible for collaborating with our large, national client account teams and clients to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs and drive value creation. This role is critical in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service, support, and quality products that meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Client Sales Efforts: Drive the sales of operational products and services, and client stewardship to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide Operational Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for external client teams and internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and marketing.
- Develop Business Strategies: Lead short-term and long-term business operational planning and forecasting to identify opportunities to drive quality, cost reduction, and category growth.
- Manage Projects: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans for key operational initiatives, and lead internal project team resources and stakeholder communication.
- Drive Cost Management: Develop and implement annual tested strategies for Net Service Cost and Capital for assigned national accounts, and identify key drivers of service to create solutions that reduce costs, increase quality, and deliver additional value to clients.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in a face-to-face client sales or operations role, preferably with senior-level buyers.
- A minimum of 4 years of general Operations experience and 4 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience working with data, specifically control, and analysis.
