At least five years troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers and common Windows applications
Extensive hardware knowledge
Extensive knowledge of Windows 11 operating system and Mac OS X
Extensive knowledge of Systems Managements Tools like Microsoft Intune, Quest Kace, Filewave and JAMF
Experience with managing wireless devices using Microsoft Intune
Broad knowledge of software package deployment
Working knowledge of several recent versions of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and Microsoft Outlook
Experience with Active Directory Account Management
Experience with evaluating and applying Security Patches for operating systems and standard desktop applications
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply management expertise to facilitate technology solutions to business problems.
