We are an international team working with large volumes of data and modern automation platforms. Our goal is to build administrative and operational processes that are accurate, efficient, and scalable. We’re now looking for someone who can help us take them to the next level.
Who We’re Looking ForA reliable, detail-oriented, and technically savvy assistant who:
- Has advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Quickly learns new platforms (Rippling, Deel, NetSuite, Notion, Slack, etc.);
- Can extract, clean, structure, and analyze data;
- Is ready to support administrative tasks, configure templates, and build reports.
Responsibilities- Configure and optimize Excel files for various internal tasks;
- Export and consolidate data from different systems for reporting;
- Check data accuracy and automate repetitive tasks;
- Support work across platforms like Rippling, Deel;
- Maintain documentation, templates, and internal process guides.
Required- Experience with ERP, HR, or payroll systems (e.g. Deel, Rippling);
- Russian and English proficiency at B1 level or higher (for working with documentation, platforms, and communication).
