Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data entry tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
- Identifying document types based on provided documentation
- Reviewing and verifying entered data to meet or exceed quality requirements
- Maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Interacting professionally with other staff members as needed
- Making recommendations for process improvements or enhancements
- Completing tasks efficiently and effectively
- Performing basic office duties as assigned
What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications
To excel as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you should possess:
- A self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently
