This role requires proficiency in various computer applications, particularly Excel, and a strong ability to transcribe and organize information efficiently.
Duties
- Enter and update data into databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including the use of Pivot tables for data analysis.
- Conduct research for data collection purposes to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
- Transcribe information from various sources into the appropriate formats.
- Maintain organized records of data entries and ensure easy retrieval of information when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits of data to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.
Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Familiarity with databases and data management systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills are necessary for verifying numerical data entries.
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is required.
