They are seeking a Data Analyst - Financial Master Data to ensure data integrity and support financial operations through effective management of master data across Oracle Fusion Cloud and legacy systems.
Responsibilities
- Support updates and maintenance of COA structures in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Assist in validating COA changes against financial reporting requirements. Participate in testing and validation of COA updates during system upgrades and patch deployments
- Process and validate customer data updates in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer records, hierarchies, and attributes. Collaborate with business units to resolve data discrepancies and ensure alignment with business rules
- Maintain master data in legacy ERP systems. Ensure accurate mapping between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion Cloud. Participate in data migration and reconciliation efforts during system upgrades or transitions
- Perform regular audits to identify and correct data quality issues. Support data governance initiatives and adhere to data management policies. Document data processes and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or information Systems
- 1 or more years of experience in ERP systems data management
- 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of financial structures
- Knowledge of legacy ERP systems (Hyperion HFM, Peoplesoft)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- 1 or more years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- 1 or more years of experience with data mapping and reconciliation
- 1 or more years of experience with Chart of Accounts (COA)
- Exposure to data governance frameworks
