• SQL Proficiency
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Marketing Systems
• Data Quality and Troubleshooting Skills, Document new data feeds, fields, dictionaries, and integrations to maintain clear platform knowledge.
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) expertise – Understanding data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows.
• Digital marketing analytics knowledge – Basic familiarity with paid media performance and campaign metrics.
• Advanced SQL in MarTech environments – Ability to work with customer and campaign data beyond simple queries.
• 2 -3 years of experience working with marketing or customer data in CDPs, CRM systems, or similar digital marketing technologies
• * Bachelor’s degree in one of these areas:
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Marketing Analytics
• Or a related quantitative/technical field.
• Certifications (Nice-to-Have)
