As a Customer Support & Sales Lead at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our member experience, driving communication, and fostering a sense of belonging among our community members. This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of customer success expertise, sales acumen, and strategic thinking.

About the Role

As the Tribe Support & Sales Lead, you'll be the central point of contact for our members and prospective members, championing their concerns and perspectives across the team. Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, guide members through their journey with us, and help them overcome challenges. You'll also be responsible for driving sales growth by supporting accepted members in making their decision to join the community and ensuring that our Chapters are always fully booked.

Work Environment and Company Culture

Compensation and Perks

We're offering a competitive salary of $30,000 - $50,000 per annum for full-time (although the role may start as part-time). You'll also enjoy:
