Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
