Join Our Team as a Customer Solutions Advisor
We're looking for a highly driven and team-oriented individual to join our Customer Solutions Advisor (CSA) team. As a CSA, you'll be the face of Amazon Key for Business, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a superior experience to both internal and external customers. You'll be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules, conducting impartial assessments, and verifying information provided through customer calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Third Party verification via incoming calls and email communication, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Understand and implement new information and procedures efficiently and professionally, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Amazon Key for Business.
- Deliver a consistent level of quality on all calls, providing a "white glove experience" for customers and ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Utilize multiple systems to access customer information, research issues, and educate customers, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
- Collaborate with trending teams to drive continuous process improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement scalable solutions to support Amazon Key for Business' mission, driving innovation and growth.
- Assist with other pods when needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, providing support to the team and contributing to the success of Amazon Key for Business.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of prior Customer Service Experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prior exposure and confidence in working with upper-level management on a regular basis, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent voice quality and inflection, with a professional, courteous, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with team members, managers, and internal departments, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Unconventional problem-solving skills, with the ability to "think outside the box" and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Proficiency with learning new technology and system applications, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Amazon Key for Business.
- Open availability to work any day or time, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to begin and follow through with tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
