About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from members, providing clear and concise information about their pharmacy benefit plans.
- Address member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.

- Maintain accurate records of member interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and governmental regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment.
- A verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare-related field.
- 6 months of work-from-home experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage distractions.
- Healthcare certification, such as a Medical Assistant certification, is a plus.
