As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line contact with potential customers of a well-known bank's national contact center within the mortgage line of business.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential mortgage customers to inquire about their current mortgage needs. This is a high-volume contact center environment, and you will be working out of a queue, pulling the next available lead to call out on. Your primary goal will be to have a short conversation (5-6 minutes) with potential customers, using a scripted conversation to determine if they are interested in considering working with our client. If they are interested, you will pass them on to a Home Mortgage Consultant.
