About the Role:As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first cheerful voice our clients hear. Whether you're answering quick questions, updating records, or helping new clients settle in — you're the friendly point of contact that makes their first experience with us smooth and positive.
This role doesn't require tax experience at all. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and bring high energy to every call.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Chatting with new clients over the phone to welcome them and guide them on next steps
- Taking live calls transferred from our sales team and making sure everything goes smoothly
- Updating and confirming client details in our CRM system (Logic)
- Answering simple questions and putting clients at ease with your friendly, clear communication
- Creating a positive and confident first impression that sets the tone for their experience
We're Looking For:
- Experience in receptionist, call center, or customer service roles — especially if you enjoy being on the phone
- A naturally bubbly, upbeat, and positive attitude — you bring the good vibes
- Comfort with tools like G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM software (Logic is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail — because every client matters
- A team player who thrives in a high-energy, supportive environment
